Job Summary
Coordinator – Crisis Services role focusing on crisis assessment, intervention, and care coordination for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises. Responsibilities include assessing crisis situations, providing recommendations, coordinating care, and connecting consumers with appropriate community resources and treatment services. Requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ability to work effectively in high-stress situations. Preferred skills include strong communication, organizational and documentation abilities, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services-related field (per West Virginia Board of Social Work requirements); OR Licensed Psychologist (Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited program); OR Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
