Job Summary

Track and coordinate Creative Strategy's active projects, title engagements, and regional initiatives across APAC (ex-India), maintaining visibility into stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies while surfacing potential delays. Translate team priorities into clear actions, driving coordinated execution across Korea, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and Australia. Manage scheduling, communications, and information flow by preparing agendas, presentations, and briefs that capture context and next steps. Develop practical trackers to structure the portfolio and enable effective regional collaboration. Build trusted relationships across markets and functions to support diverse priorities. Compile research on slates, releases, and competitive activity to support team projects. This role supports the Creative Excellence team in helping Content teams bring great content to over 300 million members.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similarly complex, cross-functional, and cross-market role
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and shifting priorities without losing sight of important details
  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and establish practical ways of working in a lean, newly established team, where processes and priorities will continue to evolve
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work thoughtfully across different teams, markets, and cultures
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to organize complex information and translate it into useful updates, materials, and next steps
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential, sensitive, and unreleased creative information
  • Comfort working across APAC time zones and traveling regionally on occasion
  • Fluency in English
  • The confidence to communicate and coordinate across regional and global teams

Desired Qualifications

  • Media or entertainment experience
  • A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for content and storytelling
  • Interest in how creative work is developed and executed across different markets and formats
  • Fluency in Japanese or Korean
  • Proficiency in another APAC language
