Manage the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing. Enter and verify order data to ensure accurate deliveries and invoices. Register and resolve transportation complaints while communicating with customers via phone, email, and other channels regarding order status, confirmations, and shipment details. Cooperate closely with the logistics department to coordinate shipments and monitor order processing to proactively address discrepancies or delays. Support process improvements within the Customer Operations Department. This permanent role offers a hybrid work culture with a starting base salary of 7400-8400 PLN monthly.
