Job Summary

Coordinate single-day shoots, event coverage, and standard production requests across the Brooklyn Nets, NY Liberty, and BKSE properties. Manage pre-production logistics including locations, call sheets, gear, and load-in details while acting as on-site PA during shoots. Execute quick-turn edits, resize assets, add subtitles, and consolidate stakeholder feedback for editors. Maintain the gameday production tracker, manage credential requests for freelancers, and coordinate with the Photography team on shared logistics. Work with the Media Management team to source footage and organize asset catalogs after every project. This entry-level role supports the Senior Director and Senior Manager on larger multi-day productions within a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in video production, content coordination, or a related field
  • Internship experience counts
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Clear communicator - written and verbal
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays for games and events

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects)
