Job Summary
Manage global video shoots from initial planning through delivery and archiving, including logistics for in-person and remote productions, equipment transportation, and room reservations. Coordinate filming schedules, assist with shoots, create stringouts, generate transcripts, and lead quality control to ensure brand alignment. Maintain comprehensive project tracking, manage the archive spreadsheet, and proactively resolve production challenges. Organize and safeguard digital assets, update automated back-up protocols, and implement new tools and workflows by collaborating with technology teams and vendors. Lead check-in meetings with the Content Production team and optimize platforms to support efficient communication across departments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of video production experience
- Firm understanding of the video production and post-production process
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to prioritize among competing priorities and multi-task across a broad spectrum of collaborators
- Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills across a range of tasks and audiences
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive team player and take initiative
- Ability to work independently, as well as on a team to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management software
- Teleprompter experience
