Job Summary
Coordinate operational delivery of contracted services in clinical trials, including Rater Training and Monitoring activities, Clinician Network Management, Data Management, and Scale Management. Cross-train to support multiple functional areas and handle written communications with clinicians/raters/CRAs. Requires English and Japanese proficiency, strong administrative skills, and readiness to engage in evolving responsibilities; located in Western Australia or able to work WA hours. Remote-friendly with a virtual-first setup and global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Microsoft Office proficiency
