Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate the implementation and management of research trials, including investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored projects. Ensure protocol-specific requirements are met by managing physician care, patient screening, recruitment, exams, investigational drug administration, and accurate documentation of patient experiences and research data. Serve as a lead and resource for research and compliance for investigators, nurses, and clinical staff while working independently under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. This full-time day shift role requires a Bachelor's degree and four years of clinical research experience. Candidates must hold Basic Life Support certification and an IATA certificate, with a preference for Certified Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant credentials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum four years of experience in clinical research
  • Experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
  • Handling Biohazard materials
  • Good clinical practice
  • FDA and ICH guidelines
  • Independent field data management experience in a variety of clinical trial designs
  • Read, write legibly
  • Speak in English with professional quality
  • Use computer and software programs necessary to the position
  • Troubleshoot and calibrate patient care equipment
  • Relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
  • Be assertive and consistent in following and/or enforcing policies
  • Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
  • Lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate

  • Communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone
