Job Summary
Employer Services Coordinator delivering high-quality client experiences for plan sponsors and advisors. Handles inbound emails and calls, applies policy guidance to resolve client issues, and escalates complex challenges to managers. Acts as a cross-functional liaison to coordinate resolutions across internal teams, manage one-touch tickets, and provide data-driven insights to product/roadmap discussions. Maintains client satisfaction by communicating clearly, following up timely, and upholding service-level requirements. Creates and documents client interactions, supports troubleshooting and problem-solving, and escalates to Legal/Compliance when needed. Requires strong customer service mindset, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and Adobe Acrobat. This role is hybrid in-office and located in Austin, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; or King of Prussia, PA.

- Retirement industry experience
