Coordinator Child Care

Oversee the Child Care Coordination Unit by providing case management services, supervising staff, and monitoring child care subsidies for Wisconsin Shares participants. Manage fraud referrals, complete payment adjustments, and prepare monthly reports while coordinating with the Bureau of Regulation and Licensing to develop child care slots in Kenosha County. Serve as the primary contact for families regarding eligibility, conduct training on regulations, and advocate for participants at county and state levels. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict state guidelines for provider payments and authorizations.
