Job Summary
Coordinates and interprets Florida certification requirements for district instructional and administrative staff; monitors certification status in Duval County School system; maintains and updates out-of-field tracking system. Analyzes eligibility using DOE mainframe, transcripts, and Statements of Eligibility; prepares information for Board approval and reappointment. Advises and counsels employees, applicants and the public regarding certification matters; maintains records on certification status and compliance issues; monitors Charter School certification and supports continuous improvement processes. Performs reporting duties and disseminates certification information to stakeholders with strong communication and data-analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
