Job Summary
Coordinate the District’s K-12 applicable program operations to promote college and career readiness under the Director, Instruction. Develop cohesive curriculum strategy, manage program databases and data reporting, and design coaching protocols for instruction. Plan and implement online, in-person, and hybrid professional learning opportunities; mentor and supervise staff; assist with textbook adoption and grant evaluations; build partnerships with community organizations; travel to sites as needed to support program delivery and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years teaching experience including content instruction, and relevant program leadership or administrative experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Valid California Administrative Services Credential
- Valid California Teaching Credential with English Learner authorization
- Valid California Driver’s License
