Job Summary
Source and identify active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach to build talent pipelines for Business Services roles across Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Accounting. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview logistics including scheduling and virtual meeting reservations. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, prepare summaries, and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system. Research market conditions, salary benchmarks, and reference checks to support hiring decisions and recruiting strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, six years of relevant recruiting, human resources, legal industry, or professional services experience
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client and candidate service
- Sound judgment, professionalism, and accountability in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours when business needs require
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
- In-office attendance from time to time in accordance with the firm's hybrid work policy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking or talent management system
- Experience with AI-powered tools and technology to automate workflows, improve productivity, generate insights, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
