Job Summary
Coordinator, Business Performance role provides advanced administrative, analytical, and reporting support to the Senior Manager, Business Performance and Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities include coordinating national and regional meetings, preparing and distributing internal reports and presentations, maintaining documentation repositories, supporting audit/compliance tracking, collecting and mapping data from multiple sources, maintaining Excel/Asana models and Power BI dashboards, identifying data inconsistencies, and supporting cross-functional initiatives (Property Management, Leasing, Finance). The position emphasizes data-driven reporting, KPI tracking, and collaboration across multiple teams, with a hybrid in-office schedule (4 days in-office) in Mississauga, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience supporting senior leaders in property management or real estate
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools
- Experience with data consolidation, mapping, and dashboards
- Experience with PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Comfort with financial reporting systems and document management portals
