Job Summary

Coordinate sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new business opportunities across sponsorship, media, licensing, and events. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, develop pitch materials and proposals, conduct market and competitive research, and coordinate internal workflows across legal, finance, marketing, and operations to support deal execution. Track partnership performance and milestones; assist with sponsorship activations and live-event initiatives; maintain organized documentation of contracts and pipeline activity. Collaborate with Business Development, Partnership Marketing, Content, and Operations to ensure alignment and successful execution. Requires 1–3 years in business development or related fields and a Bachelor's degree; strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; willingness to work in Las Vegas, NV. Bonus: bilingual English/Spanish.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sports, media, or entertainment environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and support insight-driven decision-making
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build internal/external relationships
  • Passion for boxing, combat sports, and the sports business landscape
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, media, or culture-driven environments preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
