Job Summary

Support three Business Affairs executives at Universal Studio Group by drafting basic form agreements, redlining contracts, and processing heavy correspondence and invoice volumes. Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports while maintaining detailed weekly status reports and office systems. Act as a liaison for internal and external offices, strategically problem-solving deal terms and distributing contracts and memos. Handle high-volume administrative duties with strict confidentiality, ensuring tight deadlines are met independently. Work a hybrid schedule of four days in-office, reporting to a team supporting NBC's film and television studios.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent judgment
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work with a high level of detail
  • Ability to handle heavy call volume/correspondence/drafting/invoice processing
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion pertaining to all matters and documents
  • 1+ year of experience in Business Affairs or Business and Legal Affairs experience in TV (preferably at a studio or network) supporting executives
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to strategically problem solve and find solutions, as required
  • Hybrid schedule requiring contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week
