Job Summary
Coordinate and process payments for television projects by reviewing invoices, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate records across internal platforms. Communicate with talent agents, attorneys, and vendors to resolve outstanding payment issues and ensure timely approvals. Manage calendars, arrange meeting logistics, and draft departmental correspondence while performing general administrative duties such as filing and database updates. Provide organizational support to the Vice President of Business Affairs Administration in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of entertainment or agency experience
- Ability to absorb new information quickly
- Excellent verbal (professional and friendly demeanor) and written (spelling, punctuation, grammar) communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- High Attention to Detail
- Ability to work in a High Volume Fast Paced Environment
- Must be able to meet deadlines
