Job Summary
Prepare orientation materials and schedule sessions for new Governors and Council Representatives while tracking participation and follow-up. Support grant-funded programs by managing application reviews, coordinating scoring activities, and overseeing meeting logistics including agenda development and catering. Monitor grant budgets, funding allocations, and expenditures to ensure compliance with organizational requirements. Coordinate chapter alignment projects by organizing data collection, preparing reports and presentations, and managing communication channels. This hybrid role (2 days on-site) in Philadelphia requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, providing excellent customer service while representing the organization in a professional manner
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including proofreading and professional correspondence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and tracking systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage confidential information with discretion
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting grant-funded programs, grant administration, application review processes, or compliance tracking
- Experience supporting volunteer leaders, governance activities, or nonprofit organizations
- Experience with content management systems, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, or database systems
