Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management

Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by vendors and stakeholders. Manage inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating timely resolutions. Review internal and external audit requests while coordinating with vendors and project stakeholders as required. Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role reports to the Manager, Behavioral Health, and is fully remote for candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, or Dallas, Texas. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 annually.
