Job Summary
Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors and stakeholders. Manage inbound escalations by validating issues, identifying root causes, and communicating timely resolutions. Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and project stakeholders as required. Support business alignment and oversight by providing cross-program support to program leads while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role reports to the Director, Network Contracting within the Network Contracting team. The position requires a hybrid schedule with three days in-office per week, including a mandatory Thursday for team meetings. Base pay ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events
- 3 days of in-office work per week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira)
- Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance
- Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
