Job Summary

Support alumni volunteer leaders with events, programs, and communications while managing logistics for special events, focus groups, and meetings. Prepare affinity group materials, surveys, and briefing documents; code and manage alumni leadership, membership, and participation databases. Partner with Events and Communications teams to execute large-scale affinity conferences, handling registrations, signage, budget tracking, and data dissemination. Administer the Princeton Prize in Race Relations by managing websites, preparing materials, tracking expenses against program budgets, and coordinating travel for the Symposium on Race. Analyze and track program data to identify trends and inform regional engagement efforts. Standard Weekly Hours: 36.25. Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000. Eligible for Overtime: No. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Probationary Period: 180 days. Experience Level: Associate.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three or more years relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal/customer service skills
  • Must demonstrate cultural competency skills and experience working with diverse populations
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs while exercising flexibility and adaptability
  • Experience managing budgets
