Job Summary
The Admissions Coordinator oversees all aspects of the ACL admissions process (recruitment, evaluation, and selection) from inquiry through enrollment, designs and implements recruitment and outreach strategies for ACL and division-wide programs, leads outreach in collaboration with ES/MS/HS offices, develops clear communications and promotional materials, assists program coordinators with applications, lotteries, and timelines, and analyzes admissions data to inform continuous improvement and equity of opportunity; supports admissions testing for TJHSST and coordinates with the Director of Academic Programs on strategic planning and monthly coordinator meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Three (3) years of experience with a public-school system and an understanding of the admissions process
- Postgraduate Professional License with an endorsement in School Administration
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of admissions policies and procedures for STEM magnet programs
- Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills, detail oriented, and extremely organized
