Job Summary
Admissions Coordinator processes incoming applications, including requests for documentation, tracking missing documentation, and ensuring applications are complete and ready for committee review. Communicates with applicants and providers regarding required documents and maintains accurate records in CRM (IWDR). Manages applicant intake, documentation tracking, and committee preparation to ensure a smooth and compliant admissions process. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and data-entry skills are required, with experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) and Excel. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Valid Driver’s License required. Location: Palmetto, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or more than two years related experience in customer service and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
