Job Summary

Coordinate and support the regional coordination team with administrative and coordination tasks, manage internal/external inquiries, maintain and input client/inspector data and reports in the database, source candidates per client requirements, prepare client timesheets, review inspectors’ invoices, provide backup coordination support during emergencies, format inspector CVs to professional standards, schedule meetings, handle calls and correspondence, take meeting minutes, organize social events and team-building activities, and assist Accounts (AP/AR) queries. Emphasis on meticulous data handling, MS Office proficiency, deadline-driven administration, and effective communication within a global, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent time management and efficiency
  • Ability to meet deadlines and keen eye for detail
  • Must be able to read and interpret instructions carefully
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Strong Administration skills
