Job Summary
Write and revise 60–90 second host-read podcast advertisements, adapting messaging to individual shows and talent while coordinating creative approvals. Manage podcast campaign workflows in Monday.com, maintain brand calendars, prepare pre-production materials, and ensure scripts and assets are production-ready before recording sessions. Provide administrative and production support for YouTube branded integrations by organizing assets, attending shoots, assisting with brand compliance, and communicating post-production notes. Maintain accurate documentation across Google Workspace, Slack, and Google Calendar to ensure campaign tracking, approvals, and brand assets remain organized. Collaborate with Post Production and Channel Management Teams to QA final assets and confirm upload requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in production coordination or a similar logistics-heavy role
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, conversational advertising or branded content
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and digital content workflows
- Prior experience with branded content or client-facing work
- Confident, proactive, and steady under pressure
