Coordinating Center Associate - Customer Service Support

Job Summary
Provide consistent customer service support to all stakeholders for the assigned program(s); handle inbound and outbound contacts from patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders; work with program guidelines, medication or disease references in call scripts; conduct communication via phone, fax, and email to retrieve data or address data discrepancies; complete follow-up with missing information including data entry and documentation; apply corrections/updates in secured program applications and CTMS; escalate issues with summary to supervisor; document all communications in project logs per SOPs; may assist in recruiting or initiating sites and coordinating launch activities; ensure all program compliance duties are completed; may prepare program compliance materials for client meetings; may prepare and ship program materials; may process honorarium; review documents for program standards; ensure accurate data entry, filing, and data confirmation; perform other duties as assigned by program leadership; requires high school graduation with 3+ years of experience, strong multitasking, communication skills, and ability to work across multiple programs and flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate; some college preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with personal computers including Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on complex programs or multiple programs at the same time requiring critical thought processing
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to maintain accurate information and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that could include 24/7 on call coverage shifts
