Job Summary
Planify interventions for after-sales technicians within a specific geographic sector to optimize costs and meet client demands. Ensure customer service rates and technician utilization targets are met while promoting service offers and following up on client portfolios. Support the Regional Service Client Manager in tracking the offer portfolio. Requires administrative training, experience supporting after-sales technicians, and prior scheduling experience with SAP. Fixed annual gross salary between 28,600 and 32,500€ plus variable, plus benefits including complementary health insurance, 11 RTT days, and remote work agreement. Based in Lesquin (59).
