Job Summary
Oversee operational execution of special technical lots on site, managing HVAC, sanitary, electrical, and fire protection systems with budgets ranging from 1 to 10 million EUR. Coordinate specialized subcontractors, verify work compliance against plans and contractual requirements, and lead site meetings to track decisions, schedules, quality, safety, and budget adherence. Anticipate technical issues, negotiate supplementary offers, and organize commissioning, service trials, and technical receptions while collaborating with engineering firms, architects, and control offices. Ensure administrative, financial, and technical follow-through for all special technical lots.
Required Qualifications
- Formation de min. bachelier en mécanique, électromécanique ou thermique
- Au moins 4 années d'expérience dans le suivi d'exécution de techniques spéciales sur chantier
- Excellente connaissance des installations HVAC, sanitaires et électriques
- Capacité de coordonner plusieurs intervenants tout en gardant une vision globale du projet
- Autonomie

- Excellent sens de l'organisation
