Job Summary
Conduct technical advisory for clients on analysis selection and methods, and manage daily tracking of samples from receipt through final result reporting. Serve as the sole technical point of contact for client portfolios, addressing inquiries and resolving technical complaints following validated reports. Contribute to sales development by ensuring client satisfaction and step in for operational missions during activity fluctuations. Requires Bac+5 in microbiology or chemistry with prior client-facing analysis experience, strong technical proficiency in water analyses, and excellent communication skills. Full-time permanent position with fixed plus variable compensation.
Required Qualifications
- De formation initiale scientifique (Bac+5) en microbiologie ou chimie
- Une première expérience dans le domaine des analyses
- Une première expérience en relation avec les clients
- Reconnu(e) pour votre technicité (notamment sur les analyses d’eaux)
- Un goût avéré pour le contact client
- Être excellent(e) communicant(e)
- Savoir prioriser pour aller à l'essentiel
- Une approche analytique
- Capacité à vous intégrer dans une équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Aimer relever des challenges ambitieux
- Être un(e) cadre
