Job Summary
Conduct regular site visits and inspections across Montereau and Paron locations to manage Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment activities. Lead the development and maintenance of QHSE management systems, prepare non-conformity reports, and manage customer and supplier complaints. Coordinate calibration activities and maintenance of Measuring and Test Equipment while organizing annual PPE inspections and inventory management. Participate in accident investigations, monitor performance indicators, and ensure compliance of site documentation including PPSPS and PAQ. Travel frequently to construction sites in France and Belgium to support Assembly & Installation operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree (2–3 years higher education) in QHSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field
- Frequent travel to construction sites across France and Belgium
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience in a QHSE role; junior profiles will also be considered
