Manage supplier service delivery for retail kiosks and collective catering, tracking delivery frequencies, stock levels across warehouses, and resolving quantitative or qualitative shipment disputes. Pilot supplier performance using KPIs, handle credit notes, and support order management and delivery processes. Serve as the supply chain liaison for operational managers while assisting with the ADORIA ordering tool. Open supplier and sales point accounts and contribute to organizational transformation initiatives. Requires BAC+2/3 in commerce or supply chain, 1–3 years of ADV or supply chain experience, proficiency in Excel, and professional B1 English. Annual gross salary ranges from 35 to 37k€, with benefits including profit-sharing and meal vouchers.
