Job Summary

Coordinate all aspects of client events and banquet operations, managing the full lifecycle from initial consultation and proposal to contract finalization and post-event satisfaction tracking. Conduct daily BEO meetings to verify next-day service details with operational departments, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client success. Facilitate space tours for commercial purposes, maintain client databases, and provide personalized hospitality from arrival to departure. This four-month contract starts mid-September at the Palace-level Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris, offering full immersion in an iconic artistic hotel.

Required Qualifications

  • Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the client group or event
  • Coordinate and act as the link between different departments
  • Ensure client satisfaction
  • CDD of 4 months starting mid-September
  • Visit spaces for commercial purposes and advise the client
  • Prepare and follow up on the file (request qualification, proposal sending, commercial follow-up, contract and function sheet elaboration, invoicing, and satisfaction follow-up)
  • Contact the client before the meeting regarding agenda and event organization
  • Inform all concerned departments of each client modification
  • Participate in the BEO Meeting daily to verify next day service details with departments
  • Accompany clients on the day of their event with operational teams and ensure the success of the stay
  • Ensure maximum client satisfaction through personal recognition, cordial reception, and special attention from arrival to departure
  • Create a database of local and/or regular clients
  • Excellent written or oral communication sense in French and English
  • Strong relationship skills with clientele, ability to guide and retain clients
  • Sensitivity to the luxury world and art
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of first experience in a conference center or acquired within a banquets service or commercial department in a prestigious establishment or event agency
  • Mastery of English is indispensable
