Manage client portfolios by responding to national service needs, creating quotes, invoicing, and handling litigation follow-ups. Partner with a Development Manager to advise clients on project development plans, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Track administrative orders and project status to provide clients with proactive updates on current and upcoming work. This role sits within the National Contracts Pole, supporting the deployment of nationwide agreements for clients in the energy, real estate, and retail sectors. You will work closely with the agency network to ensure contract compliance while driving revenue through commercial proposals and collections.
