Job Summary
Prepare and frame contracts, collect information, and draft tenders for railway engineering studies. Coordinate technical interfaces, manage internal and external service delivery, and track action plans. Plan and optimize study costs, update schedules, and monitor project progress. Assist the project manager with monthly financial reports, quality/delay analysis, and contract closures. Draft detailed service offers, conduct satisfaction surveys, and lead external contractor bids through tender analysis and technical reviews. Manage on-call rotations and deliverables with high technical rigor.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou titulaire d'un Master 2 en génie civil, bâtiment ou travaux publics
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience avérée en gestion de projet ou en PMO
- Maîtrise avancée des outils de planification tels que MS Project, Tilos, Primavera ou Coplann
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarité avec les méthodes de management de projet
- Une bonne compréhension de l'organisation SNCF
