Job Summary
Coordinate entry for homeless young adults (ages 18-24) in Snohomish County within the Coordinated Entry system. Provide case management and resource connection, enroll youth in Coordinated Entry, and conduct outreach and engagement inside and outside the agency. Liaise with law enforcement, schools, churches, detention centers, and other partners to identify and connect youth to applicable services and housing. Manage caseloads to meet grant outputs, maintain organized data/files, and ensure contract compliance. Participate in trainings and maintain a supportive, non-discriminatory environment. Strong emphasis on advocacy, collaboration, and equity; candidates with lived experience or who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
