Manage import and export operations to ensure goods arrive on time at the lowest landed cost while maintaining customs compliance. Execute operational management of third-party logistics vendors, customs brokers, and freight forwarders. Prepare documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading; handle track and trace, claims management, and billing. Support tenders and manage third-party performance alongside HSE, quality, and risk compliance. Create SAP billing documents for intercompany shipments and cooperate with external agencies and warehouse teams for shipment preparation. Requires outbound logistics experience, SAP proficiency, and ability to work under pressure.
