Job Summary
Manage construction permits for new projects and renovations of existing stores. Maintain the official document repository on the designated platform and request checks for payment of fees. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with over three years of experience in construction permits and urban development regulations. English at an intermediate level is needed for consulting international regulations and dealing with external suppliers. Full-time on-site role at Farmacias del Ahorro.
Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Derecho, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o afines
- +3 años en la gestión de permisos de construcción y operación
- Dominar el marco legal y normativo vigente en materia de desarrollo urbano, licencias de construcción y autorizaciones de funcionamiento a nivel municipal y estatal
- inglés nivel intermedio para la consulta de normativas internacionales y trato con proveedores externos
