Job Summary
Coordinate network incidents, installations, and troubleshooting within managed infrastructure while facilitating escalations to respect established SLAs. Manage change coordination and project timelines for network design and architecture, ensuring vendor access and service validation for incident closure. Oversee budget tracking (OPEX/CAPEX), asset inventory for data centers and network devices, and monthly traffic analysis to deliver improvement plans. Generate status reports on incidents, requirements, and vendor KPIs, including failure histories and recurring issue solutions. This role requires a Network Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience, a relevant degree, and CCNA certification. Full-time, on-site position in Monterrey. Required Qualifications
- Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afín
- Certificación Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching
- Experiencia en Wireless y Firewalls
- Manejo avanzado del idioma inglés
- Conocimientos técnicos Protocolos de red: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Manejo de equipos de red (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Conocimiento en routing & switching (BGP, OSPF)
- Herramientas de monitoreo de red (SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark o similares)
- Familiaridad con ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Resolución de Incidentes de Network, escalación con vendors
- Conocimientos básicos de cloud networking (Azure, AWS)
- Gestión de proyectos de infraestructura de TI
- Experiencia 3 a 5 años de experiencia en administración o coordinación de redes
- Experiencia en gestión de infraestructura tecnológica y operación de servicios IT
- Presencial en Monterrey
Desired Qualifications
- Conocimiento en routing & switching (BGP, OSPF deseable)
- Conocimientos básicos de cloud networking (Azure, AWS es un plus)
- PMI, Agile, Scrum
