Design, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (SIG) and environmental sustainability systems, coordinating activities for their upkeep. Plan and track the SIG schedule and environmental commitments, including licenses, permits, and obligations. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance by identifying applicable requirements, verifying adherence, and managing technical, legal, and environmental risks. Manage environmental licensing and permits, guaranteeing their validity and supporting related procedures. Prepare and present environmental reports to regulatory bodies while attending authority visits. Coordinate environmental monitoring, procurement, and program scheduling to meet standards. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits. Identify, advise, and implement corrective and improvement actions to verify efficacy. Manage risks and opportunities within the integrated system. Control operational environmental aspects by identifying, evaluating, and tracking controls. Consolidate information with departments to prepare executive reports for management. Report monthly on SUI system status, pending items, and justifications. Investigate environmental incidents and ensure execution of action plans. Implement and secure the PEC and organizational risk management plans. Participate in management and technical environmental committees, drafting minutes and attending follow-up meetings. Conduct field visits to monitor operations and verify compliance.
