Coordinador de Donaciones de Individuos / Major Gift Coordinator

Job Summary
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective individual donors, including members of the AMIGOS program. Identify new fundraising opportunities to grow the Individual Giving and AMIGOS donor pipeline while presenting giving opportunities aligned with our conservation mission. Coordinate proposal preparation, donor communications, and stewardship materials, then track activities and commitments using donor management systems. Collaborate with the Development team to implement fundraising strategies and represent Para la Naturaleza at meetings, donor visits, and special events. This role combines strategic outreach, proposal development, and pipeline management to advance our mission, requiring willingness to travel, work extended hours including weekends and holidays, and field work as occasionally needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Humanities, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, consultative sales, business development, account management, customer relationship management, donor relations, or comparable roles
- Demonstrated success building long-term relationships and managing a portfolio of clients, members, or donors
- Strong presentation, negotiation, networking, and communication skills
- Experience writing proposals, presentations, reports, or business correspondence in English and Spanish
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to travel and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or donor management platforms is highly desirable
