Job Summary
Coordinate and control the company's compensation process, including salary reviews, surveys, and market studies. Administer and maintain the organizational structure and job profiles in the SAP system. Consolidate and report information related to annual salary increases and corporate bonus payments. Manage personnel requisitions and draft job offers for selected candidates. Process and track variable bonuses and bonuses for different commercial channels. This role supports the strategic management of the salary and organizational structure at a leading Colombian consumer goods company with a strong focus on talent development.
Required Qualifications
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contaduría Pública o carreras afines
- Experiencia total laboral de aproximadamente 5 a 6 años
- Al menos 3 años en roles relacionados con compensación
- Conocimiento en compensación, nómina y legislación laboral
- Experiencia en manejo de estructuras organizacionales, presupuestos y sistemas de compensación
