Station Fleet Manager role focused on leading and optimizing fleet operations at Europcar Mobility Group. Responsible for long-term planning and daily oversight of garage and outsourced teams, ensuring timely vehicle repair and servicing, managing reservations and fleet status, and driving cost-effective operations. Lead and develop fleet staff, conduct safety meetings, ensure adherence to procedures and SLAs, and provide monthly reports on mechanic productivity, attendance, and inventory usage. Maintain strong internal/external relationships with Return, Service, and Ready Line agents, OEM dealerships, service providers, and external vendors; collaborate with the General Manager and Operations Managers to deliver fleet status updates and operational insights. Drive process improvements for vehicle servicing, in-fleet preparation, and disposal, with a focus on high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
