Job Summary
Coordinate the accounting process for real estate projects, including both visible and non-visible structures, ensuring accurate financial recording and compliance with municipal and district tax obligations. Track the fulfillment of accounting closures and deliverables while supervising team activities to support the Accounting Head's strategic management. Guarantee the reliability of financial information related to real estate trusts and coordinate data delivery for internal and external audits. Propose process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency. This role strengthens financial management within the company's real estate sector, ensuring adherence to tight schedules and robust project controls.
Required Qualifications
- Contador(a) Público(a) titulado(a)
- Experiencia en el sector construcción o inmobiliario
- Conocimiento en fideicomisos inmobiliarios y contabilidad de proyectos VIS y No VIS
- Alta capacidad analítica, organización y orientación al detalle
- Habilidad para coordinar múltiples entregables y trabajar bajo cronogramas exigentes
- Experiencia y conocimiento sólido en la administración de impuestos municipales y distritales, garantizando el cumplimiento oportuno de las obligaciones tributarias conforme a la normatividad vigente
