Coordinador/a de turno en producción

Ensure production meets planned time and quality standards while guaranteeing food safety and hygiene during manufacturing processes. Supervise the production team, including permanent staff and temporary workers, and manage facility installations and line format changes. Oversee information handovers between shifts, enforce production protocols, and lead staff training regarding form, duration, and location. Maintain all production records and ensure compliance with APPCC, PCC, and PPRO safety standards. Work a morning and afternoon shift rotation in Barberà del Vallés. Requires at least three years of experience and a Superior Cycle training degree in manufacturing or similar fields.
