Supervise and control solidary benefits for the Social Projection area in accordance with PROBESOL regulations and policy, ensuring ethical, equitable, and appropriate management. Monitor adherence to established guidelines while overseeing related administrative processes, budgets, and client service operations. Maintain knowledge of social programs, sustainability initiatives, and agile workflows to support the organization's mission. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related social sciences, with three to five years of experience in supervisory positions.
