Monitor attendance procedures, quality standards, and audit results to drive corrective actions and optimize administrative resources. Manage human resources data, including absenteeism, overtime, and leave scheduling, while overseeing hiring and termination processes. Distribute objectives through periodic meetings and manage workforce scheduling to meet service unit targets. Requires a full degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Biological Sciences, prior leadership experience, and knowledge of NPS and productivity indicators. Full-time on-site role in Petrópolis, RJ.
