COORDENADOR OPERACIONAL I SÃO PAULO

Coordinate the team and operational activities of the Distribution Center (CD), guiding execution and monitoring performance indicators to ensure operational targets are met. Develop and implement action plans to improve results, control operational costs and production expenses, and analyze labor and material costs to identify optimization opportunities. Plan and define work schedules and shifts to guarantee productivity, while developing and refining operational processes, equipment, and controls. Conduct continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity, and support certification processes by accompanying audits.
