Job Summary
Coordinate the supply chain focusing on suppliers, inventory, logistics, and operational efficiency by leading a direct team of approximately 10 people. Analyze total costs related to suppliers, inventory, freight, distribution, and refueling; evaluate opportunities to improve the logistics network and parts, tires, lubricants, and other materials flow. Support regional service strategy definitions and assess centralized versus local purchasing viability. Structure and digitalize supplier and procurement processes, while interacting with internal areas to ensure better flow between purchasing, inventory, operations, and service. Conduct market analysis to support strategic decisions and negotiate pricing with the supplier network. Manage supplier registration databases and build partnerships with logistics operators to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Supply Chain, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em supply chain, suprimentos, logística, fornecedores, operações ou planejamento.
- Vivência com análise de custos, negociação, estoque, distribuição e cadeia de abastecimento.
- Conhecimento em indicadores de performance, custo total de operação e eficiência logística.
- Excel Avançado.
- Experiência em liderança de equipe.
Desired Qualifications
- Desejável vivência em empresas de frota, transporte, logística, locação, manutenção, peças, pneus ou lubrificantes.
