Manage end-to-end warehousing operations including separation, counting, loading, and unloading of vehicles while ensuring QSHE compliance and safety protocols. Distribute tasks to team members, evaluate productivity, and lead daily briefings and performance feedback sessions. Coordinate inventory, stock replenishment, and the handling of products for reprocessing, donation, or return. Verify equipment availability, maintain facility cleanliness, and oversee the Count Back process. Ensure all internal systems and customer-specific standards are followed during separation and verification flows.
