Analyze productivity and cost-reduction opportunities across operational segments, monitor operator performance to maintain quality and output standards, and review daily production and quality reports to identify process deviations and implement corrections. Prepare production data reports for performance tracking and control. Requires full higher education, postgraduate degree, SAP knowledge, and people management experience.
