Job Summary
Coordinate the maintenance team and fleet activities, ensuring efficient execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Manage performance indicators, resource allocation, and critical parts inventory while overseeing supplier contracts and legal fleet compliance. Develop the team, generate management reports, and guarantee adherence to safety, environmental, and integrated management system policies to drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization. Requires a full degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production, or a Technology degree in Maintenance, with experience supervising heavy truck maintenance teams and managing maintenance metrics like MTBF and MTTR. Proficiency in ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Máximo) and advanced Excel is essential. Required Qualifications
- Superior Completo em Eng. Mecânica/Produção, Tecnólogo em Manutenção ou áreas afins
- Experiência em coordenação/supervisão de equipes de manutenção
- Experiência em manutenção de frota pesada / caminhões
- Conhecimento de indicadores de manutenção (MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidade)
- Domínio de sistemas de gestão de manutenção (ERP/CMMS, ex.: SAP PM, Máximo)
- Conhecimento do pacote Office (Excel avançado, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
